Mmyline Manes is an emerging legal professional whose academic background and practical experience have provided a solid foundation in litigation, legal research, dispute resolution, and corporate legal practice.

A graduate of AB Psychology from University of Perpetual Help Las Pinas System – DALTA, Mmyline Manes brings a unique perspective to the practice of law, combining an understanding of human behavior, communication, and conflict dynamics with legal analysis. This background is particularly valuable in litigation, where assessing witness credibility, understanding client behavior, and developing persuasive advocacy are essential, as well as in corporate retainer work, where effective stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict prevention play significant roles.

During law school, Mmyline Manes served as an intern and as an executive member of San Beda College Alabang School of Law – Legal Aid Center, a student-run law office operating under the direct supervision of members of the Philippine Bar in good standing. This experience provided early exposure to client counseling, legal research, case preparation, and the ethical responsibilities of legal practice while cultivating the discipline and professionalism expected of a practicing lawyer.

Mmyline Manes further developed practical legal experience as a Legal Assistant II under the Department of Agrarian Reform’s Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, where Mmyline Manes was exposed to the evaluation and assessment of agrarian cases, review and preparation of legal pleadings, orders, decisions, and other legal documents, and the application of relevant laws, jurisprudence, and administrative issuances. The role involved conducting legal research and analysis, evaluating case records and evidentiary documents, identifying legal issues and possible strategies, and assisting in the preparation and processing of cases, including matters requiring mediation and dispute resolution. Through this experience, Mmyline Manes strengthened essential skills in legal writing, case analysis, document review, legal research, strategic assessment, and advocacy, providing a strong foundation for litigation practice and the effective handling of legal disputes.

As a Court Decongestion Officer, Mmyline Manes gained invaluable exposure to judicial processes by assisting in the preparation of draft decisions, resolutions, and orders in civil cases. Working closely with the court on the evaluation of pleadings, evidence, and applicable jurisprudence honed Mmyline Manes’s legal writing, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail, while providing firsthand insight into judicial decision-making and effective litigation strategies.

Drawing from these diverse experiences, Mmyline Manes is well-equipped to contribute as an associate lawyer, offering sound legal research and writing skills, practical litigation support, dispute resolution experience, and a client-centered approach to legal practice.
