Mr. Savedia is an Associate Lawyer at J Gonzales Law Office, with experience in civil, commercial, construction, and criminal matters, including litigation and arbitration proceedings.

His practice includes the representation of clients in complex construction and commercial disputes, with particular experience in proceedings before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC). He has handled matters involving contract interpretation and enforcement, variation orders, project delays, liquidated damages, defective works, progress billings, and project completion, as well as disputes concerning property, loans, corporate transactions, and damages.

He is involved in all stages of dispute resolution, from case assessment and legal research to the preparation of pleadings, hearings, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial or arbitration. He also works with engineers, architects, technical experts, and other professionals in evaluating technical and documentary evidence and developing effective case strategies.

Beyond dispute resolution, Mr. Savedia advises clients on legal risks, available remedies, and strategic courses of action, and prepares legal opinions, advisory memoranda, demand letters, and other legal submissions. His approach combines thorough legal analysis with a practical understanding of each client’s commercial and strategic objectives.
