Ms. Franz Danielle F. Dela Cruz is an Associate Lawyer at J Gonzales Law Office, where she focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution. She assists in the handling of civil, criminal, commercial, and administrative matters, including legal research, drafting of pleadings and other legal submissions, case preparation, and appearances before courts and government agencies.

Prior to joining the Firm, she developed a strong foundation in legal advocacy and public service through her extensive involvement with the Legal Aid Center of San Beda College Alabang – School of Law. She served as the Vice President and then eventually President of the Legal Aid Center, where she gained experience in client advocacy, legal research, and the handling of various legal concerns under the Center’s clinical legal education program.

She also has experience in public service, policy, and administrative work through her previous roles and involvement with the Philippine Commission on Women and international organizations. These experiences have contributed to her multidisciplinary approach to legal practice and strengthened her interest in advocacy, dispute resolution, and public service.

Ms. Dela Cruz has likewise completed a Certificate Course in Forensic Psychology with the Philippine Institute of Forensic and Legal Sciences Academy (PIFSA). Her background in forensic psychology complements her legal practice by providing her with an interdisciplinary perspective on the psychological and behavioral dimensions that may arise in legal disputes and proceedings.

She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang – School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
